Sorry for the lack of blog posts lately. When I share the pictures below, you’ll understand why. As I’ve mentioned several times, I’m currently in the process of moving from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment. The reasons for this move are multiple and I’m sure I’ll elaborate on them at another point. This move was all my idea after all!
My wonderful parents and their dog came by today to help Ella and me pack. The result is a bunch of piles surrounding me in every room but the living room. Luckily, the living room is where I spend most of my time so I’m not feeling too crowded right now.
However, I would avoid the office (which will be moving to the dining room of my new place)…
And the spare room…
Some of this room will not be making the move. This is where the downsizing will occur. I’m losing two bedrooms when I move. One bedroom was my office, which will now move to my dining room space (I’m giving the kitchen table to my sister – technically it’s half hers anyways). The other room was the spare room. Some of it has been downsized and I’m okay with that.
I’m off now to get my bed cleared off (see the mess above?) so that I can continue reading Beautiful Redemption – the final book in the Beautiful Creatures series. After I finish it (and after my move), I’ll give you my thoughts on the series and the movie that has come out. Until next time, I’m going to leave you with a quote to enjoy:
