A Day Late & Two Outfits Short

It has been an exhausting week. I think I'm battling a cold in the midst of these rainy, cold days. I have had very little energy the past few days. (On a positive note - I have pushed through and exercised every day.)  I hate this feeling of no energy or motivation to work around my apartment. (It's in some serious need of a little care!)

I'm a day late in posting my weekly outfit update and I'm missing two outfits from last week. Before I post the pictures, I must give you a disclaimer. Last week was Dr. Seuss week. Each day is themed around a book. It is not a regular occurrence to wear mismatched clothing or pajamas to school. :)

Monday
"Hop on Pop"
Shirt: Old Navy
Pants: Wal-Mart
Shoes: Payless Shoes
Scarf: gift

Tuesday
"I Am Not Going to Get Up Today"
Pajamas: Old Navy
Shoes: Payless Shoes

Wednesday
"Fox in Socks"
(Not pictured - I wore jeans, a school shirt, and a polka dot sock with a stripe sock.)

Thursday
"My Many Colored Days"
Sweater: Wal-Mart
Pants: Wal-Mart
Boots: K-Mart
Belt: came with a dress

Friday
"The Cat in the Hat"
(No picture - I wore a black shirt, jeans, and a Dr. Seuss top hat.)

And those are my outfits from a crazy fun week at school. I adore celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday with my students!

Warning: Do not duplicate PJ day or Many colored day as outfits for work.

  1. I love your expression on pajama day! My daughters went to school in their pajamas last Monday to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday.

    1. Thanks! The kids are my school got a kick out of wearing their pajamas. One little boy looked at me with big eyes and goes "We get to wear our pajamas to school."
