I’m trying to slowly build new habits that will help with these changes. Someone in my writing group recently posted a cool website that I thought I’d share. I’m going to be giving it a try and I’m inviting you to try it out as well.

Basically, this website allows you to create habits, tasks, to do lists, and rewards. Then, it treats your lists like a game and you earn credits and fun stuff as you complete different items on your lists. It looks like it’s going to be a fun way to keep track of all the things I do!
 
My focus this past week has been on exercising everyday. I’m happy to say that with the help of the beginner’s calendar from Blogilates, I have been successful! I’m getting ready to do my last workout of the week tonight and then tomorrow I get to enjoy a “rest day.” I’m looking forward to making her Banana Pancakes recipe in the morning!
