One of the biggest things for me when trying to eat healthy is preparation. If I have stuff planned and prepared, then I’m much better off. Here’s a couple shots of my lunch and snacks this week:

Tried hummus for the first time! I won’t say it’s a favorite but I wouldn’t say I hated it either.
As I mentioned, I got a new toy and I’ve been enjoying exploring new apps. Among those apps are the blogilates app and My Fitness Pal. The fitness pal app has been really helpful since it allows me to log my food and exercise for a visual of how I’m doing. It really is eye opening to see it all in print.
The past two weeks have brought a lot of random stress and I’m finding it hard to get motivated to exercise. Any tips on how to keep up motivation even when you’re feeling blah?
I don't have any tips on staying motivated to work out…I just know that I worked out like 4 times last week vs. my normal 6 times and I felt like crap. I feel BETTER when I work out than when I don't…that alone gives me what I need because I know I'll feel better.
