I’m super excited about my the next challenge I’m hosting. I’m going to post a few of the details below but to get the full details, you’re going to want to visit the EVENT page where I’ll be giving more details throughout the week so that you can determine if this challenge is the right one for you. A few quick details:
The challenge will officially begin May 2 and run through May 31. It will be 30 days long.
The challenge will include free workouts, recipes, tips, and personal coaching from me. As part of the challenge, you will be added to a secret group on Facebook where you can keep up with things, socialize, and get motivated to stay on track.
There will be a “happiness” component of this challenge. We’ll be looking at more than just food and nutrition in this challenge. The goal is to get everything in order for an enjoyable summer – mind, body, and home.
