Let’s Talk about Stress
When I made the decision last year to quit my job, part of the reason was large amounts of stress. My job seemed to be the leading cause of stress in my life and I thought quitting would change this. Since then, I’ve learned that stress is a part of life and you can’t escape it no matter how hard you try. It simply takes new forms at different points in our lives.
You may not be able to escape stress, but you can control how you handle it. This is the inspiration for my latest free group, September Reset. I’ve included all of the details below so that you can decide if it’s the perfect fit for you.
Ever since I started as a Beachbody coach, I have been trying to host one free challenge group a month to help others in a variety of ways. This month, PiYo is on sell along with the 3 Day Refresh. These are both great programs and I’d be happy to talk to you about either of them. However, I’m only mentioning them because they helped inspire September Reset.
PiYo is a combination of pilates and yoga. It’s a slower workout for those that would like a break from cardio. It produces great results, including some stress release. After hearing that it was on sale, I decided a seven day yoga challenge would be fun. Then, it evolved into stress management and I grew even more excited about this challenge.
For seven days, you’ll get the following for free:
