As you know from my Plate for One series, you know that I love easy, healthy recipes designed for one. I’m out of town this week and not cooking for one so I’ve brought you a guest recipe instead! I honestly cannot wait to try out this easy, healthy dessert from Ashlee at A Lifestyle Daily. Just wait until you see how easy this recipe is to make!
I am a sucker for a good dessert. I probably have one of the worst sweet tooth’s. I would literally rather eat a chocolate cake or a bowl of cookie dough ice cream for dinner than an actual meal.
But, eating either of those isn’t usually the healthiest thing to do, so I decided to come up with a yummy, healthy guilt free “nice” cream to eat anytime of day and not feel like a total lazy ass for eating a ton of desserts.
Oh, did I mention that it’s only got 3 ingredients?!
Easy AND healthy- seriously this recipe is a win-win for your body and your sweet tooth.
I give you:
Mango Pineapple “Nice” Cream
– 1 cup frozen mango pineapple
– 3/4 cup coconut milk
– 2 tbsp. honey
Blend all ingredients together, pour into a cute bowl, top with coconut flakes if you’re feeling extra tropical, and ENJOY!
