I wanted to take a moment to share my latest health challenge with you. The challenge is being hosted in my free group, Healthy Moments. It’s designed to help you change and improve your eating habits through small weekly challenges.

I’m going to give you a quick overview of what I have planned for the group for the month. I’m also going to give you a peek at the monthly calendar – something I’ve never done before! Normally, I keep the calendar exclusive to the group. So, if you want future calendars, it’s in your best interest to join the group! Since it’s free, you have nothing to lose – except maybe some weight and stress as you reach your goals!

Healthy Moments was originally founded to help others reach their health goals through motivation and support. One of the ways we do this is through monthly challenges and a closed Facebook group where you can talk about your struggles and share tips with others.

This month, we’re focusing on nutrition. We’ve broken the nutrition challenge into weekly mini-challenges that will help you reach your goals.

Week 1: Keep Track
We’ll be keeping track of what we eat during this week. We’ll also be establishing our why and setting goals for the rest of the month!

Week 2: Stick to the Plan
We’ll be putting our meal plan skills to work this week. We’ll be discussing different ways to create a meal plan and how to hold ourselves accountable as we go along. We’ll also be sharing recipes and swapping meal plans.

Week 3: You Pick
This week is all about you. Each member will be selecting their own challenge to complete during this week. There will be some sample challenges to pick from but you’ll also have complete freedom to pick your own unique challenge.

Week 4: Water, Water Everywhere
This week is all about water and how it helps our bodies! We’ll be setting water intake goals and tracking our intake to see how it goes.

Week 5: Move It, Move It
This week is a cross over between May & June. We’ll be focusing on creating exercise plans while discussing a challenge for June.
