July Bloggy Brunch
It’s the last Sunday of the month, which means it’s time for another Bloggy Brunch! Bloggy Brunch is a link up focused on socializing and finding new blogs. Each month, we invite you to link up a few of your favorite posts before visiting other blogs that have also linked up. We love featuring our favorites each and every month as well.
July has been a busy month. It seems as though the thumb of Michigan explodes with events and things to do in the summertime. In the winter, things get pretty bleak around here. We have kept our calendar filled with things to do. It seems as though we haven’t had much of a chance to slow down since July started. August looks like it’s going to be another busy month filled with festivals, yard sale trails, and the half birthday of our little Baby Fox! I talked about some of our favorite products and moments from July in this post.
Every month, we feature our favorite posts from the previous link up. This month, it was a really hard decision. We had a lot of great posts linked up last month. That being said, I’ve chosen three posts to share with you. I think you’re really going to enjoy my picks this month!
Shabby Chic Upcycled Cabinet from Faeries and Fauna
I always love a good DIY project and this one is no exception. Leanna takes a basic wood cabinet and transforms it into something beautiful using a little chalk paint. I think this cabinet would go great in a girls room or a room with country décor. Hop on over and check out her crafty skills!

Since becoming homeowners, we’ve discovered that there’s always a home project to be done. It feels as though the needs and possibilities are endless when it comes to updating and redecorating a home. In this post, Holly shares eight small projects that will make a huge impact. Must Have Mimosa Bar from Well Rounded Mom
We had quite a few recipes link up last month and it was so hard to pick a favorite to share. I finally settled on this mimosa bar because it felt like the perfect fit for brunch. I love the way Chryssy shared an elegant entertaining idea but referenced saving money at the Dollar Tree. Looking at her pictures, I never would have guessed that the bottles came from there!
