It’s been a while since I last blogged. I did warn you that this would happen this month! My schedule has kept me super busy and I have acquired a cold on top of it all. I’m not sure when I’m packing or how my to do list is all going to get done before I hop aboard a plane, but I have faith that it will all work out one way or another!

Let me share a secret about my hometown – we have strange winters. I have grown up here and know that winter can be an unpredictable time for weather. It can be hot (like 80s) one day and cold (like 40s) the next day. You literally have to check the weather every night or morning to plan your wardrobe.

Given these details, I’m not sure why I planned a Winter Wardrobe post for December, which happens to be one of the most unpredictable months for weather. I have gathered a couple winter outfits over the past couple of weeks when the weather has permitted me to dress in sweaters and scarves. I hope you enjoy them!

I love this new sweater! I found it at Wal-Mart for about $13. It’s the black and white stripes that I love so much. I paired it with black pants and my brown boots for work.
I love scarves this time of year! This particular infinity scarf was an awesome find in the Target Dollar Spot last year! I’m keeping my eye out in case they get more this year!

This was a day of varying weather. I wore this with a black sweater over it to accommodate the cool morning and warm afternoon.

I’m headed to much colder weather in about four days. I will try to capture some true winter outfits for your viewing pleasure!
