I was so good last week at sticking with the Blogilates everyday. I can’t say the same for this week. I injured my knee on Sunday and did a modified workout because I couldn’t be on my knee much. Last night, I opted for Nyquil (to calm an oncoming cold) instead of a workout. I was so proud of myself last week and this week I’m trying not to get mad at myself. (We’re going to set things right though…I’m going to get a workout – at least a partial one – in when I’m done writing this post.)

This week my goal was to drink only water. I set this goal for two reasons. One, I don’t drink enough water in a given day (especially a school day). Two, I wanted to cleanse my body of some of the toxins I’ve put into it. I broke this goal today with an emergency can of caffeine. I say emergency because I felt like I was going to fall asleep at work. I don’t know if it was the leftover effects of Nyquil or Daylight Savings, but today was a rough one. I hope to make this the only caffeine of the week!

It only takes 2 eggs and one banana to make these! (I was leery at first because I thought I might taste too much of the egg. I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t!) They didn’t come out pretty, but they were still tasty!
