Saturday is my menu planning day. This allows me time on Sunday to pick up any grocery items I’ll need for the week. (Occasionally, like this week, menu planning happens on Sunday instead and shopping on Monday, but that’s okay.) I thought I’d take a moment to share my handy dandy menu planner that I use each week. It includes a spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and exercise. I find it important to see my exercise alongside my food.
You can click the picture to go to the FREE printable menu. Then, buy a document frame from your local Dollar Tree and frame it behind glass. This makes it reusable when you write on it with dry erase markers!
