I recently came across this article
that talked about making small changes in your daily routine to keep you more active. One of the tips was to get up and walk for two minutes every hour. If you did that throughout an eight hour workday, you would add 16 minutes of working onto your daily routine. I was thinking about this concept and thought it would be fun to take it a step further.
Instead of walking 2 minutes every hour, I thought it’d be good to do a quick 5 minute workout every hour. By the end of the day, you would have completed a 30 minute workout (I’m assuming you miss the workout once or twice). I put together a quick workout that targets different body parts. My plan is to try this out myself this week and next and come up with additional workouts to keep things fresh and new.
