Hello Bloggy World! I hope August has treated you well. We’re nearing the end of it, which means it’s time for another edition of Bloggy Brunch! We had so many great posts link up last month! I haven’t even made it through commenting on all of them yet because I was so caught up reading every word and enjoying every picture. I did pick out a few favorites, but it was much harder than usual!

This month has been crazy and chaotic. I know that I probably said that last month as well. I think that’s going to be true for most months for a while. Babies make things crazy and chaotic. They also bring a lot of smiles and joy into your day, so it’s not a bad crazy and chaotic by any means. I’ve been trying hard to get back to regular blogging on Hodge Podge Moments and The Coastie Couple. I’ve been relatively successful (although there was a down week in there somewhere). Next month, I’m going to be focused on social media. I’ll be sharing more about my goals on September 4 when we do our monthly goals link up. How have you been this month? I’d love to hear what you’ve been up to in the comments below!

Beer Bottle Tiki Torches from Craft Beering

I have so many empty bottles sitting around right now that this one jumped out at me. We normally recycle our bottles (hence the reason there are so many around right now) but this looked like a cool alternative!

Indoor Ice Cream Party from Penny’s Vintage Home

Ice cream is such a perfect treat on a hot day. But, what do you do when it’s too hot outside? Then the ice cream melts before you can enjoy it! Penny is sharing a perfect solution that will help you enjoy your ice cream with friends even when it’s way too hot to venture outside!

Breaking Pregnancy News to Husband from Nom Elizabeth

I really connected with this post. I had the hardest time figuring out how to break the news to my husband when I found out about Baby Fox. We tend to be pretty simple in the way we celebrate things and we have really open communication about stuff like this. In fact, we both suspected that I was pregnant before I even took the test because of the things I was noticing. I love the way Elizabeth told her husband and his response after. I don’t want to give away the surprise so you’re just going to have to visit her site to find out more!

Normally I pick out three favorites. This month, I felt it was worth mentioning a fourth one because our link up has been featured! Kate included our link up on her list, which makes me so happy! I also wanted to feature her post in case you’re looking for more link ups. She has compiled quite the list and I know I’ll be checking it out!
