For some reason, May feels like the perfect month to dive in and accomplish big things. I’m not sure why it feels that way, but it does. With that being said, I’m going to take a moment to share my goals for the month. I’ve kept them simple because I truly believe that simplicity is the key to happiness.

1. Return to posting regularly on the blog.

I’ve gotten away from regular blog posts. There’s a lot of reasons for that including a baby, sickness, and slow postpartum recovery. That doesn’t mean that I don’t miss it though. I really do – it’s simply a matter of figuring out where blogging fits into my new normal.

2. Launch my new membership program.

I couldn’t be more excited about the new products I’ve been working on and sharing with the world. I love helping others and that’s exactly what my new (affordable) membership program is designed to do – help people.

3. Finish decluttering and organizing for the yard sale.

We’ve been surveying our belongings and making tough decisions. We have too much stuff and we’re trying to remedy the problem before our next move. Having a big basement is nice until you realize the catch-all abilities that it possesses. There’s a community yard sale coming up, so it’s time to kick things into high gear.

4. Create a self care schedule that works.

Self care has been a slight struggle lately – specifically when it comes to doing my pelvic floor exercises. I’m doing them but not quite as often or as intentional as I would like. This is an area I would like to improve this month.

5. May is for mornings.

May is for mornings. I’m focused on improving my morning routine this month. In fact, this is so important to me that I dedicated an entire post to it.

Simplicity is key when it comes to setting goals for the month. What sort of goals have you set for yourself this month? Did you remember to keep them simple?
